Red Mandoles

When we combine fresh almonds with sugar in our copper cauldron and then add red color from sea weed we produce the Cephalonian mandola!

Mandola with honey

Honey makes everything better and that’s why we have decided to mix it with almonds, sugar, caramel, lemon and butter in our cauldrons and bring you the famous mandola with honey!

Crunchy and amazingly tasteful, it leaves you with the most satisfying honey aftertaste! Make sure you try them when you visit!

Comfeto

Each and every year we hand pick the finest quinces from our island and in particular from the area of Palliki, Lixouri, so we can start the production of comfeto.

We bake the fruit and once they are nice and golden brown we peel them and vigorously stir them in our copper cauldrons with spices and honey in order to make a marmalade and afterwards, we add more honey, a little bit of sugar, more spices and baked almonds.

Our final product consists of 100% fruit and zero preservatives and is stored in vacuum sealed packages, in order for it to be fresh and maintain it’s wonderful taste.

Sesame snack

Honey, sugar, almonds, sesame and spice all come together to a boil in order to form our famous pasteli, sesame snack.

Both soft and crunchy, pasteli is an all time classic greek snack with incomparable taste.

Soft nougat

For the nougat lovers who do not like the crunchiness of the original Italian torrone we can offer you the same taste as the original with our soft nougat!

It holds on to it’s Italian aura and comes in a variety of different flavours such as chocolate and strawberry with strawberry pieces in it, flavours we makes sure we change every year!

Almond macaroons

We stir the almond paste with the zest and juice of fresh oranges and lemons, dip this mixture in sliced almonds and form our famous almond macaroons.

We then bake them until they become golden brown and after they cool down we store them in vacuum sealed packages, in order to maintain their unique taste.

Sykomaida

Sykomaida is one of the latest sweets to be added to our products lists and is one that has been welcomed warmly by our costumers! It is a unique combination of dried figs, raisins, spices, almonds, walnuts, honey and tsipouro ( greek spirit ) that we blend together, cut in pieces and then roll in baked sesame.

A healthy choice that it nutritious and is also suitable for diabetics, since it has zero added sugar to it!

Torrone

Torrone is the original, hard Italian nougat, a residue of the Venetian rule in Cephalonia.

We stir our honey filled boiling hot caramel with our Italian meringue in our torrone cauldron and after a few hours, we get the product we are looking for. The final touch is the addendum of freshly baked almonds, that blend with the torrone and add a special note to its taste.

Crunchy, light and in a vacuum sealed packaging, our torrone offers you a taste of Italy!

Babourle

When honey and almonds come together, they create something majestic and unique, babourle.

Crunchy and with incomparable taste, this traditional sweet of out island awaits for you to try it!

Nougat pie

Nougat pie or halva pie: fresh soft nougat with roasted almonds in between ostia wafers makes for the perfect snack!

Stick with the traditional vanilla flavor or try the new chocolate one!

Coconuts

Freshly grinded coconut is stirred with sugar, topped with the traditional greek cherry, goes into the oven and once it becomes golden brown it’s ready for you to enjoy it!

Florentines

Sliced almonds with caramel and honey go into the oven, become golden brown, are cut in pieces, then are put in packages and afterwards they are ready for you to taste them!
